TSC was born out of a question we kept asking ourselves: “Why can’t we have a company we’d actually love to work in?”
As Principal Consultants, we had seen the other side — endless expectations, false promises to clients, and toxic cultures that drained energy instead of building it. We wanted something different. So, we built TSC with one promise: People and clients come first. And that’s not just talk. With an attrition rate of less than 2% a year, we’ve proven that when you build with integrity, collaboration, and accountability, you don’t just create a company — you create impact.

2016
So we started
Office set up in Dubai, UAE and won our first ERP project.
2017
Best step forward
Completed first full ERP project, acquired 17 customers in UAE, and started VAT implementations.
2018
New beginning always
Moved to a bigger space, entered Oman and India, welcomed new team members, and developed new products.
2019
Success matters
First D365 project went live, client base expanded to Kuwait and Maldives, TSC became a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, and the team continued to grow.
2020
Dedication pays
Opened the delivery center in Kochi, delivered 70+ ERP projects, listed Pewol 360 with Microsoft, expanded to Bahrain, and shifted the Dubai office to 161 Techno Hub 1.
2021
Preparing for the next chapter
Focused on new markets including Africa, team strength crossed 60, leadership was strengthened, and TSC increased attention on BI, CRM, own IPs, project management tools, and ISO 27001 quality certification.
2022
Workforce growth
Opened a new office in Kochi, team strength touched 100, launched a new Insurance IP on D365 F&O, streamlined sales processes, and delivered seven new D365 projects including the first D365 project in India.
2023
Project success and growth
Employee strength reached 120, a new office opened in Riyadh KSA, new IPs were launched for Real Estate and Investment Module on D365 F&O, and seven new D365 projects were delivered including multiple government projects.

And now
150+ employees, Cloud Solution Partner status with Microsoft, and continued growth with more corporate and enterprise clients.
